Unfortunately Girl Guide cookies are not easy to find year-round, which is why fans are sure to rejoice over Trader Joe's new version of Thin Mints, dubbed Mini Dark Chocolate Mint Coins. While similar to the brand's wildly popular Mini Dark Chocolate Mint Stars, the new cookies offer a less festive take on chocolate and mint.
Trader Joe's new Mini Dark Chocolate Mint Coins are bite-sized biscuits that are perfect for snacking. Unlike the Mini Dark Chocolate Mint Stars, the new cookies are perfectly round and lack any Christmas-inspired sprinkles. However, both cookies do feature the same shortbread base "infused with the coolness of mint—peppermint oil, to be exact" and covered in a rich dark chocolate coating.
