Medea Vodka's App Helps with the Creation of Custom Bottle Messages

Back in 2010, Medea Vodka introduced a vodka bottle with programmable buttons to display custom bottle messages in LED lights. Although this was novel at the time, this system now has its limitations. Soon, the vodka brand will be launching a new iteration of this idea that makes it easier to key in a message through Bluetooth technology and an app.

As well as being able to type in messages that will show up on the bottle's LED display, the Bluetooth technology in the bottles will also allow users to track their location. Once an account is created with the app, Medea Vodka is able to collect consumer data such as age, location and when access to the bottle's messaging features are unlocked to be tried out with others nearby.
