The new Crow Country game is inspired by retro classics from PlayStation 1 as the creators at SFB Games have been straightforward about it. It is intentionally created to replicate iconic games such as Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, and Silent Hill.
The game first launched on Steam, Xbox X/S, and PlayStation 5 on May 9th, highlighting survival horror themes but from a softer approach. There is a focus on metal endurance where users play as Mara Forest who makes her way through the abandoned amusement park taking place in the year 1990. There, players are meant to look for the corrupt owner Edward Crow. They are backed by carious resources which are to be found and monsters may appear from the shadows at any moment.
