Purdue University is gearing up to debut Crave Food Hall in mid-August. The culinary activation will take up an 8,000 square-foot space on the first floor of Aspire at Discovery Park. The concept is geared toward enhancing the college experience, as well as serve as a tool for cohesion — the establishment will not only welcome hungry students, but also residents, families, and professionals in the community.
A big point of interest for Crave Food Hall is offering a space with "the kinds of amenities you find in private apartment complexes." The dining establishment will feature nine vendors that serve coffee, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, hot wings, and so on. In addition, one more stall will be dedicated to Kevin Sbraga — a winner of 'Top Chef,' who will be launching 'Sonny & Son's Hot Chicken.'
Crave Food Hall will also offer indoor and outdoor seating.
