Chopped Leaf is refreshing its brand and updating its appearance to celebrate 15 years in operation. The fast-casual restaurant's original store in Kelowna, B.C. opened in 2009 and is now revealing the company's new logo and updated interior design. The restaurant's ceiling has been painted white to create a brighter and fresher ambiance. Counters have been lowered to provide customers with a better view of food preparation.
With over 115 restaurants in Canada and the United States, Chopped Leaf is famous for its fresh salads, wraps, and bowls. As Chopped Leaf expands nationwide, the new look, which includes revamped interior design, logo, and signage, will be gradually introduced.
The new Kelowna store has just opened, and the grand opening is scheduled for July 20-21. The plan is to eventually visit all the stores.
