These video game children book mashups by illustrator Joey Spiotto bring together two types of childhood experiences from various time periods that most people can relate to.
It wasn't so long ago that children’s books dominated a six-year-old’s night life, but nowadays it’s mostly compromised of video game titles such as Skyrim, BioShock and Portal. Spiotto is a fan of both and so he decided to integrate the two together to bring about these charming children book adaptations of video game titles. The games that are featured do contain a certain amount of violence that would be inappropriate for children, but you just can’t help yourself from fawning over the cute re-imagined video game designs.
