Cherry Flyers are the Brand's Latest Flavor of its Signature Candy

Stockley's Sweets-owned Flyers is introducing the new Cherry Flyers product that will provide consumers with a delicious nostalgic treat experience this summer. The candy is expected to be right at home within the brand's existing product range that includes Sour and Fruity Flavored Licorice Sticks, and prioritizes a balanced taste that tangy and chewy.

The candy starts off with black licorice on the exterior that's filled with a cherry-flavored crystal center to strike a balance between different tastes. The product is making its debut in 99p packs in the UK that each contain seven sticks and is also vegan-friendly.

Spokesperson Andy Valentine commented on the Cherry Flyers saying, "Flyers remain a fond childhood memory for so many liquorice-loving aficionados; an essential must-stock for any meticulously choreographed sweets fixture. Already an impressive rate-of-sale performer, sales really started to snowball once we’d refreshing the packaging (punchier colour schemes, cleaner layouts and improved messaging) and announced the arrival of a tangy cherry, which is so of the moment.”
