Although some may cringe at the 'defacement' of these beautiful artworks, I only see modern creativity in Chad Wys' portfolio. Entitled 'Epoch Organic 2,' with the succinct subtitle description, 'A Carnival of Brutalized Delights,' it seems that the American artist knows his work is rather controversial.
Yet I find it an interesting commentary on what it means to be original in a day and age where everything seems to be 'inspired' by the past. Chad Wys embraces this blurred concept of originality by creating pieces that encourage thought and discussion.
