At a first glance, it is understandable that you might think that these 'Marble Poufs' by Cerruti Baleri were carved from a solid slab of stone. These poufs have a deceptively hard outer appearance, although they would be incredibly soft to sit on.
Cerruti Baleri's poufs feature three different prints by fashion designer Maurizio Galante. This furniture perfectly embodies the blurred lines between fashion, art and design in Italian culture.
The gorgeous spherical seating also works well as a footrest or ottoman. Despite the use of marble print, the poufs seem like they could easily be part of a modern museum exhibit. Thankfully, this is one form of art that you don't have to keep your distance from and it will not be uncomfortable to the touch.
