With productivity in mind, this bus office aims to make the most of your morning commute. While some commuters may opt to read or listen to podcasts, Office on Wheels by Flanders Institute for Mobility allows you to get a head start on your work day.
The prototype vehicle (which is hopefully inspired by an episode of The Office) turns travel time into a working opportunity with accessible business perks. This means the bus office travels to business areas that are less frequented by usual means of public transportation. Currently being used in a six month test run, the Office on Wheels takes workers between urban centers and business parks.
This concept could also serve as inspiration for driverless shuttles.
