Bulgari Hotels and Japanese developer Mitsui Fudosan recently announced plans to launch the first Bulgari luxury hotel in Japan. Slated for completion in 2022, the hotel will be constructed in Tokyo and will be located in a high-rise building in the Yaesu 2-Chome North District Category-I Urban Redevelopment Project and will occupy the 39th to the 45th floors.
The newest Bulgari luxury hotel will house 98 rooms and will include the brand's "extraordinary Bulgari Suite." The hotel will also feature common amenities such as bar access, restaurant and fireplace lounge, all of which will have their own outdoor terraces. A ballroom will be on-hand for larger events and those seeking wellness can experience luxury in a 1,500-square-meter Spa complete with a 25-meter indoor pool and fitness center.
The entire hotel is set to be designed by the Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. This firm and Bulgari Hotels have worked together in the past and this new project aims to be one of the "brightest new stars in the Tokyo skyline.”
