Büro Koray Duman is the design company that created the S10 gym's new underground spa. The gym is known as the "cult gym." It belongs to trainer Stephen Cheuk who trains celebrities such as musicians Diplo and Joe Jonas. The facility's name comes from the level of body fat recommended by the trainer.
Located underground in Manhattan's West Village, the new spa boasts an airy design. Overall, the gym's facilities boast a total of 7,200 square feet. A pale pink sofa snakes through the space to create a sense of movement. The designers sought to maintain the space's industrial qualities while fostering a serene atmosphere for clients to unwind and destress after an intensive workout.
