The 'Brides and Widows' editorial may encompass two opposing concepts, but they work together for a dark and dramatic photo shoot. A cross between a corpse-like bride and a witchy widow, the editorial features some great costume ideas for the Halloween season or some Gothic gown and makeup ideas for one's upcoming nuptials.
Shot by London-based fashion photographer Joanna Kustra, the Brides and Widows editorial stars models Luiza Matyba and Natalia Kuternoga. The two grunged-out beauties were styled in designs by Malgorzata Grzywacz and Malgorzata Wegiel, who styled the models in lace, mesh and flowers. Beauty artist Marcin Kulak created the voluminous curls as well as the dual makeup looks that were contrastingly fresh and bold.
