To make your own Spiced Coconut Squash Breakfast Porridge, you will need spaghetti squash, organic full-fat coconut milk (Beth uses additive-free Natural Value brand), TigerNut flour, cinnamon, ginger, pink Himalayan sea salt, vanilla extract and maple syrup or honey.
