Architecture studio ODA works together with Method Co to restore the historic Book Tower located in Detroit, offering a space for various restaurants and a hotel. The skyscraper was originally designed and constructed in the 1920s and Method Co assists with the first phase of the bar and restaurant design concepts.
It is located on Washington Boulevard in the downtown area and has 38 stories. CEO and co-founder of Method Co, Randall Cook states, "We have been ever-mindful of what the restoration of Book Tower means to this city and we've worked hard to create hospitality concepts that will excite and reconnect Detroiters to Book Tower once again, and at the same time honour the heritage of this magnificent property."
