Located in NYC's historic East Village, Blue Quarter is an interesting new bar that blends cocktails and tea all in an ideal retreat from the hustle of the city's street. Helmed by Sother Teague, this new Mediterranean/Morrocan themed space features a cocktail menu made with tea in some form or another.
