Alyson Wyers — July 29, 2015 — Lifestyle
This BLT sandwich changes things up a bit, not just because it contains a bacon weave, but also because it has buns made out of ramen noodles. Created by Buzzfeed, the recipe exists in tutorial form so you can watch and learn and make your own Ramen Buns BLT.
First, you beat an egg and mix it with some cooked ramen. Using tin foil, form the noodles into a rectangular brick and let it chill for 20 minutes in the fridge. In the meantime you can make latticed bacon with strips and place it in the oven at 400 degrees (without pre-heating). Once you have fried the ramen buns up, you can place the core ingredients of the BLT sandwich (bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise) on there.
