Coworking spaces are growing faster than ever and the model continues to adapt as well as seen with Blogfabrik, an office based in Berlin, Germany. Freelance writers are able to barter their skills in order to work for free. Specifically, in exchange for two posts a month. Translating to "Blog factory," Blogfabrik also connects writers with paid gigs through its affiliated agency, Kiosk.

Claudio Rimmele, creative director and editor-in-chief of DailyBreadMag, says, "We explore [the freelancers’] abilities and skills with the magazine to see if someone is really talented at taking pictures, writing, or designing graphics. Then we feel confident about connecting our freelancers with incoming jobs from outside companies." It's an interesting concept that is mutually beneficial for all involved.
