Taco Cabana has all your comfort food cravings covered this holiday season with the release of two new items: the Birria Quesadilla and the new Tortilla Soup.
For those unfamiliar, Birria is a Mexican soup or stew made from a combination of chili pepper-based goat meat (or beef) adobo, garlic, and other spices. Now, Taco Cabana is giving fans a way to try this soup in a whole new way with the debut of the Birria Quesadilla. The Birria Quesadilla combines shredded beef, monterey jack cheese, and Pico de Gallo between two warm flour tortillas. The quesadilla is even served with a side of the traditional warm birria broth.
