IHOP is known for its buttermilk pancakes and its expanding burger lineup, but now the chain is bringing the two together with the debut of the Big IHOP Pancake Burger. Just as you might have guessed from the name, the new burger features a fluffy IHOP pancake alongside some beef patties.
The Big IHOP Pancake Burger is part of a trio of new Steakburgers currently available at IHOP. The Big IHOP Pancake Burger is the most unique of the bunch and consists of a fluffy buttermilk pancake sandwiched between two Steakburger patties topped with cheddar cheese, American cheese, hickory-smoked bacon, and some signature IHOP sauce. The whole thing is served on a grilled Brioche bun to bring together the sweet and savory flavors.
For those a little skeptical of pancakes in their burgers, there's also the new Garlic Butter Burger and Loaded Philly Burger.
