While many brands are working hard to take their breakfast menus to the next level, IHOP is going back to the classics with its new Classic Breakfast Sandwich.
Though IHOP is never one to shy away from breakfast innovations, the chain also knowns that you shouldn't mess with a classic. The new Classic Breakfast Sandwich is IHOP's take on the iconic egg and cheese sandwich. IHOP's version consists of scrambled eggs, paired with bacon, and American cheese, all served on a grilled brioche bun.
Though IHOP is a breakfast spot, the Classic Breakfast Sandwich is the chain's first real breakfast sandwich offering. The closest thing already on the menu is the Create Your Own Melt, which also comes with hash browns or pancakes on the side.
