Rick Owens works in collaboration with Dr. Martens on a new iteration of the 1460 Bex Platform sole boots. The collaboration is set to launch two models starting with this platform boot guaranteed to grab attention. The silhouette is retained mostly with updates at the star lacing system.
It features a Taupe color against the contrasting smooth black leather that makes up the upper. It sits on top of a double height Bex sole unit foundation for an elevated look. Additionally, the shoe also has a zipper enclosure and dual branding at the dock lining. The taupe color continues at the heel loop and at the double welt stitching fusing both taupe and yellow colors.
