There are certainly automobiles that have been designed with the metropolis in mind, as opposed to those that might specialize in rural transportation; the Bemoove concept car is one of the former, devised to deal with a chaotic environment.
The three-wheeled carbon fiber frame of this conveyance is lightweight and nimble. It's steered with a rubber and Kevlar rear wheel that rotates around two axes. High-traction tires keep the compact car on course, and capable of navigating heavy traffic and making quick turns and abrupt stops.
