Paul was irritated with the way home brewing kits came. Most of the time they were made up of tubes and boxes, and never packaged in a way that was nice to look at. Because of this, he came up with the beer tree, which not only looks great but can also brew great home beer. This allows the brew kit to be left out instead of hidden in the garage year-round.
