Most people like Batman and most people like Disney’s Haunted Mansion ride; the amazing Batman drawings created by artist Abraham Lopez entitled ‘Haunted Arkham Asylum’ mash together characters from the DC series with portraits from Disney’s park ride.
The drawings illustrate the characters from the DC comic in the same poses as the characters found in the Disney ride portraits—my favorite is the Victorian-styled Harley Quinn standing on the tightrope above Killer Croc. The infusion of DC comic book characters and Disney theme park art pieces is an interesting collaboration, to say the least.
The mashed-up illustration proves that infusing Batman into anything will make anything even more amazing than it initially was.
