At the tail end of 2021 iconic baking brand Fleischmann’s announced the launch of BakeGood.ca, a new online hub designed to connect Canadian bakers of varying skill levels and provide them with access to a range of baking-related resources.
According to the company, the aim of the new platform was twofold: to create resources where bakers could enhance their technical skills through free video tutorials created by Canadian pros and, at the same time, provide aspiring bakers with a communal space to connect with one another and try out new recipes.
Key to the new platform is an education series called Bake Good Academy, in which a range of accomplished bakers, chefs, and influencers share their own baking tips and tricks for both seasonal and year-round treats.
“The past year and a half has revealed a renewed passion for baking in Canadians,” says Sandro D’Ascanio, General Manager, ACH Food Companies, Canada. “The purpose of BakeGood is to form a community around this shared passion, somewhere that beginner, experienced, and all those bakers in between can become the best bakers they can be — together.”
