The artisan pasta boxes include options like Culurgiones ("perhaps Sardinia's most famous and unique ravioli," from the Blue Zone region of Ogliastra), Malloreddus, and Angelottos, all of which are kneaded, rolled, and shaped with care” by the brother and sister team. All the recipients of the artisan pasta boxes need to do is cook them in just a few minutes and pair them with one of semolina Pastificio’s sauces.
