If you're looking for a way to truly embrace spring, you may want to visit the Arlo Blooms pop-up bar in Arlo SoHo for a very seasonal cocktail.
Every season, the Arlo SoHo revamps itself and this time around the result is the Arlo Bloom pop-up bar. Not only is the bar itself covered in tens of thousands of faux flowers, but its cocktails even incorporate the same imitation foliage. The star drink is the Potted Plant, which is a gin-based cocktail designed to taste like a spiked cold brew coffee. The whole thing is poured into a plastic bag hidden inside a tiny terracotta pot, which is then concealed with 'dirt' made from dark chocolate and nuts and a sprig of rosemary. The result is a drink that looks like it fits right into any garden.
