Located in the southern part of France, the Mont de Marsan Mediatheque by Archi5 resembles a reflective mirror. The design is part of an interactive media library, and is meant to provide "a center that brings together people of different ages and backgrounds," according to DesignBoom.
The media library is located at the center of a very traditionally designed area, making the structure stand out that much more. As people walk by, not only are they able to see their reflections in the surface, but also the surrounding landscape. Overall the look of the building is very futuristic, with a geometric shape and even a garden located on the roof, as well as green space at the foot of the media library by Archi5.
