Giving money to a worthy cause is now as simple saying, "Alexa, donate to charity," with a newly introduced feature dubbed Alexa Donations.
With its latest update, Amazon's Alexa can now be linked to one's preferred method of online payment, including Amazon Pay. Both convenient and seamless, home owners can now request that Alexa makes donations to a charity of one's choosing by saying something like "Alexa, please donate $20 to The Red Cross." Those unsure of what cause they'd like to support can simply ask Alexa for more advice.
The service is currently compatible with 48 registered charities and nonprofits. According to the brand, "This is just the beginning — this list will continue to grow.”
