Nike Unveils the Mighty Swooshers Iteration of the Air Kukini
Nike introduces its new sneaker model known as the Air Kukini, which made its original debut back in 2000 as a part of the brand's experimental Alpha Project. This time around, it joins the Mighty Swooshers version, which is designed with inspiration drawn from anime. It nods to Swoosh Man, which is a fictional superhero created by Ian Campbell.
The character wears a body suit that has bold red Swoosh branding over the chest and the side of the head as the rest of the outfit has a metallic look. The latest sneaker embodies this same aesthetic throughout the shoe as it is based on the fictional comic book by the brand. Images of the hero can also be seen decorating the upper.
