High-tech startup AIO Robotics has invented the 'Zeus,' an incredible machine that offers 3D scanning, printing and faxing capability with the push-button simplicity of all-in-one printer/scanner/fax machines that you use to deal with documents.
Any object less than 5 inches tall and less than 9 inches in diameter can be placed on the Zeus' turntable, where it is scanned. The machine can then either print the scanned object using extruded PLA plastic, or can be faxed via an internet connection to be 3D printed elsewhere.
What makes AIO Robotics' invention special is the fact that it doesn't need to be connected to a computer to work. The machine runs off its own quad-core system operated via a touchscreen.
