Amanda Volf and Grant Engler Marry in Style
Mark Quinlan — August 26, 2012 — Lifestyle
For their unique ceremony in Califoria’s Newport Beach, Amanda Volf and Grant Engler were higher than air, or rather just the water, as they strapped on awesome water-powered jetpacks and floated their vows to each other in a truly special way.
Engler wore a wetsuit in lieu of tuxedo, and although a wedding dress was out of the question, Volf went for what only can be called a surfer variant: white board shorts and rash-guard shirt.
The Jetlev Southwest-supplied packs wowed the crowd, even going so far as to cause a kayaker to swoon/capsize during the romantic first dance. If James Bond ever decided to actually get married for real, I’d imagine that this would be how he’d do it, expecting the explosions and bad guys rapidly approaching in speedboats.
