Adidas Originals and Alexander Wang Joined to Revamp Classics
Riley von Niessen — November 21, 2017 — Fashion
To finish off the year, adidas Originals and Alexander Wang joined together to adapt the colorways of three silhouettes: the 'AW Skate,' 'AW Hike-Lo' and 'AW BBall.'
In addition, the talents of photographer Juergen Teller were tapped for a unique editorial that spotlights the changes to the highly modern styles. The editorial consists of imagery that shows different models laying in an all-white bed, with the sneakers seeming to be their only form of clothing. With this, Teller instantly draws the viewers' eyes to the sneakers, which stand out for their bold use of color and the fact that they seem out of place in the bed.
The revamped sneakers will become available on November 24th.
