This California Artist Used Her Body as a Brush to Make Abstract Art
Farida Helmy — January 6, 2014 — Naughty
Marcey Hawk makes her abstract art pieces by literally pressing her paint-covered, God-given goods against her empty canvases.
The Californian artist already has Hugh Hefner as a client, with prices for her paintings going up to $500 a pop. She also has cheaper pieces up on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/shop/justmarcey for those with a “intimate, erotic, explorative and unique with a hint of whimsy” taste in art, for an average of $54 a piece.
Using her YouTube channel as her PR machine, the artist asks fans to subscribe to her channel then privately message her if they want to see videos of her making the art (naked).
No pun intended, but Hawk donates a portion of her profits in the fight for breast cancer to the Susan G Komen Foundation.
