adidas Football Launched a New Manchester United Home Kit

adidas Football has announced that a new Manchester United home kit will be unveiled for the 2019 season. The design of the jersey takes inspiration form the kit used in 1998, where the team won trophies across three major organizations. The Manchester United home kit will be worn for a charity game on May 26th of this year.

The jersey displays, prominently, a new crest that was designed to reference that season. The dates of their three championships are shown at the bottom of the jersey. In addition, the time signatures from goals that were scored in their Champions League match are displayed on the sleeves of the kit. Lastly the kit for the goal keeper has a camo pattern, which is meant to reference the keeper form their 1998 campaign.
