5G connectivity is the next phase of innovation for telecom companies that will start to show up in the next few years, which is seeing device manufacturers prepare with new solutions like the 5G Moto Mod. Created for the Moto Z3, the add-on device works by enabling users to access 5G connectivity with their carrier by overriding the internal modem that is limited to 4G LTE.
