The 495 Vector is an excellent assisted flipper knife that breathes new life into previous options offered by Benchmade. Designed with tactical and aggressive appearance in mind, the 495 Vector features premium materials and impeccable construction. The focal point of the knife has to be the 3.6" spear point blade, which is made of CPM-S30V steel for maximum hardness and edge retention. The spear point blade gives the 495 Vector its aggressive appearance, but also serves as a great utility shape as the blade can cut and penetrate with ease.
The handle features an ergonomic shape, which fits most hands perfectly, and utilizes G10 scales for added comfort. The handle of the 495 Vector also houses Benchmade's AXIS-lock mechanism, which holds the blade in place when open with minimal play. An integrated lock can be found on the spine of 495 Vector and adds an extra element of safety when the blade is fully closed.
