This week's top trends included several bizarre jewelry trends, including some very unique engagement rings that were made with black diamonds.
Though the engagement ring would be perfect for a bride with a dark side, this wasn't the only slightly unsettling jewelry design that premiered on the site this week. A bracelet made to look like a bleeding cut on one's wrist also made a big splash, and likely lured readers in with its illusory design.
One of the most novel approaches to encouraging eco-friendly behaviour also made a big impression this week. Mother London, a marketing firm, came up with plastic bags that were made to look like they were holding questionable goods, like knives, as a way to deter use.
