Sustainable energy is being incorporated in a number of different ways, and solar innovations continue to push the renewable energy industry forward. As solar technology continues to improve more and more people see the benefit in its implementation, this results in increasing demand for solar innovations.
Another example of new solar implementation is the use of solar power in planes. The H55 aviation company created a solar electric plane that is able to fly for 90 minutes. The plane is one of the first to be powered by solar energy and the design will continue to improve.
Another recent important use of solar technology comes from the UAE. Where the country will create the largest solar power farm in the world. The project is titled Noor Abu Dhabi and it will be able to provide power to 90,000 people.
Lastly, Toyota has added a solar roof into one of its cars. This would allow drivers to charge their vehicles while driving.
