The winter season is known to encourage, sadly, depressed emotions. Although it’s always good to think positively and not dwell on unhappy thoughts, it’s good to embrace them as well. To properly purge yourself from depressive episodes, avoiding locking them away in the deep recesses of your mind; instead, just give in and have yourself a good cry. Perhaps these melancholy innovations will help. But make sure to put a smile on your face afterwords!
