From Water-Recycling Toilets to Tuck-Away Toilets

Futuristic toilets come in all shapes and sizes, and many now have features to help improve waste in the environment. Perhaps in a few decades the lavatories will be hands-free too!
The Sol-Char toilet is an excellent example of how human waste can be put to good use. The research team behind this project has come up with a way to turn feces into fuel and energy. Considering how many people live on the planet and desecrate daily, the possibilities here are endless in terms of the amount of eco-friendly energy that can be created. Other designs have a more aesthetic appeal in terms of modernism, such as the men's urinal that looks like a sleek piping fixture.
Whatever the design, these futuristic toilets show that where we relieve ourselves will not stay the same over the next few years.
