The automotive industry has introduced a fair amount of exciting technology over last couple of years that have led to the concept and even creation of autonomous vehicles. Although they are not at all common on the road just yet, the idea of cars, trucks and motorcycles that are capable of directing themselves is something worthy of fanfare. The amount of time and effort saved with the use of autonomous vehicles could be priceless.
The self-parking phenomenon has since moved onto autonomous vehicles that can self-drive and even cars that can sense a driver's capabilities in order to take over when necessary. In an effort to increase safety and efficiency, autonomous vehicles open the door for a whole new set of possibilities when it comes to commuting. The future is nigh.
