Yoni Circle is a new–and free–social wellness app that heals and connects female-identifying users through the power of storytelling. Yoni Circle was founded by Chloe Drimal, Snapchat’s 14th employee who, in her early-to-mid 20s, helped grow the company from a startup to an IPO.
The cathartic and empowering app connects people from across the globe to engage in a live 60-minute moderated storytelling sessions. These sessions, dubbed 'Circles,' are led by a Salonniere, who guides the group through introductions, a breathing exercise, and a storytelling prompt based on a specific theme, ranging from "Stories on Gratitude" or "Stories on Surprise." Participants will then take turns sharing from their personal take on the theme and listening to each other’s stories.
The Yoni Circle app is now opening its app to the public but has been in beta testing since April, attracting members across 1,000 cities and 80 countries.
