Key of Life Yoga is offering new YogaCam classes that will be held in a virtual yoga studio that you can access from the comfort of your own home. Members of the virtual yoga studio are able to take a one hour class with a certified instructor over the Internet. The six-way web conference will let the instructor see you and the four other people in the class. Since the YogaCam classes are held over the Internet, all you need is a computer, web-cam and some space. You can literally take YogaCam classes anywhere in the world!
The YogaCam classes begin on April 4th, 2011. Group classes are held on a weekly basis and class sizes are limited to five people. Key of Life Yoga is planning on expanding the class size to nine in the near future. The founder of Key of Life Yoga Shawn C. Parker has a strong belief that yoga has the power to change your life.
