Home Run Inn, the Official Pizza of the Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field, has teamed up with the club on a new hybrid creation called 'Beer Pizza.'
Inspired by some of Chicago’s favorite beers, the new Beer Pizza will have you forgoing hot dogs in favor of a pipping hot slice. The new pizza boasts a wheat ale flavoring in the sauce and sausage on top. Fans can also choose their preferred toppings. As Gina Bolger, Senior Vice President and a fourth-generation family member of Home Run Inn founding family, explains, "A great beer and a great pizza are so often enjoyed together, we thought it would be fun to create that favorite taste all in one bite."
Best of all, you can enjoy the new Beer Pizza for the remainder of the baseball season. Just head over to one of the select concession stands throughout Wrigley Field anytime during the regular season.
