Wine-Preserving Cork Stoppers

The 'Repour' Wine Bottle Stopper Keeps Wines Fresh for Six Weeks

Opening a bottle of wine means having to finish it within a short timeframe to prevent it from over-oxidizing, but this doesn't have to be the case anymore thanks to the 'Repour' wine bottle stopper. The 'Repour' works by being placed into the top of a bottle of wine that has been opened in order to preserve the freshness level for up to six weeks.

The 'Repour' wine stopper works by reducing the amount of oxygen in the interior section of the bottle as well as in the wine itself. This means that a glass from a bottle can be enjoyed on one day and finished several weeks later without there being any change to quality.

The 'Repour' wine bottle stopper was developed by Tom Lutz and is set to be showcased at the Innovative Expo in Cedar Rapids this week.
