The WeLive Hotel isn't a typical hotel. In fact, it's a set of lodging that essentially expands the use of the space from its original communal living concept. Created by WeWork and recently unveiled earlier this year, the WeLive Hotel now allows people to enjoy nightly stays, making the business model much more versatile and (hopefully) more lucrative.
Both "studio plus" apartments with two beds and rooms with four beds are available at the WeLive Hotel. Since the building is already designated for hotel use in the New York burough of Manhattan, it's not an issue for the company to pivot in this way. With 39 rooms in total, this is a great way to expose guests to the unique inner workings of the business in general.
