One Gin comes as the latest creation from the One Water brand that aims to offer consumers a libation that supports communities around the world. The One Gin is purported to be distilled at the Blackdown Distillery in Sussex and incorporates nine botanicals that have been sourced from around the world. The gin also incorporates sage that has been foraged from around the distillery property.
Speaking on the new product, Marketing Director for The One Brand, Ian Spooner, said, "For almost 12 years now, we’ve been selling bottled water and great tasting soft drinks, and using the profit to fund life-changing water projects in some of the world’s poorest communities. We are always seeking new ways to do this faster, but we have never considered a move into the world of alcoholic drinks… until now. Our hunt for growth sectors in the drinks market has led us into the exciting world of British gin."
The One Gin is currently being funded on Crowdfunder with the first batch of bottles expected to be launched this June.
