Liza Koshy’s Plant-Based Sweetbox is made up of four dishes: Signature Ponzu Lime Sweet Potato Poke over Bamboo Rice; Shiitake Chili Tofu over Forbidden Rice; Chili Garlic Forbidden Rice Noodles; and Homemade taro chips dusted in wasabi furikake.
